• Outdoor patio: French doors located in the master bedroom led to an outdoor patio. Great place for grilling or to have your morning coffee.
• Outdoor grill: Utensils, lighter fluid supplied. Charcoal is not.
• Covered Deck: Enjoy the serene views of the lake from upstairs deck.
• Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished kitchen. Mr. Coffee pot, Coffee, filters, and cream & sugar provided.
• Microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, & spices.
• Living/Dining Area: Relax in the living and dining area. A 75” TV is located in living area for all to enjoy. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo is also upstairs for your convenience.

• Nightly rate is $165 + taxes (Prices subject to increase on holidays)

• Cleaning fee= $145

• Total for 2 nights= $502.22
  • 2 night minimum stay

  • Must be 25 years of age to book.
  • Government-issued photo identification will be required before check in.
  • Credit or debit card will be required at booking for payment and/or incidental charges.
  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Extra persons will be approved only thru property owner.
  • NON-SMOKING HOME: Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited on property, including on deck/patio.
  • Outdoor grill MUST be cleaned after each use. If not, we will pass on extra cleaning cost.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited.
  • Children allowed - ages 0-17
  • No baby bed or equipment provided
  • No adults on bunk beds
  • Parking: There is no assigned parking - parking provided in front or close to house
  • IMPORTANT: No boats or trailers allowed into the subdivision. Renters will need to make arrangements to store at one of the marina’s close by.
  • Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
  • 24-HR Manned Security Gate: Vehicle and driver’s information are required for community access
  • Country club amenities are NOT accessible for short-term renters

Additional Notes

During the summer and fall 2025 the subdivision is replacing water lines & working to repair roads. This could cause some inconvenience at times.

• Damage and incidentals: You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay as well as any extra cleaning charges we may incur.
